All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our printed stationery products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items you no longer want, ordered by mistake, or purchased in the wrong quantity.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us by email services@ovathinkink.co or customer service (901) 546-1596 within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue .

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and any damage

Once your request has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a replacement or other resolution is not available.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Shipping Issues

Ovathink Ink Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.
